The pros, the cons, and everything between
The breakfast spread was abundant with good selections, especially the pistachio tarts which were really good. Staff members, particularly Francesca, were attentive and genuinely cared about enhancing the guests' experience.
Wi-Fi connectivity was unstable. Parking was quite problematic due to the local circumstances requiring a paid garage a bit of a distance away.

Wonderful hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed very very good breakfast!
Had magnificent and perfect location in the center of the town, an easy walk to a classic fountain. Plus, it was just off all the main sites😃👌

Wonderful hotel, I really enjoyed very very good breakfast!
Good value, room was comfy, staff were helpful! Had magnificent and perfect location in Ortigia island, a short walk from a classic fountain. Plus, it was close to the center, the bridges that connect Ortigia with the modern Siracusa and main promenade.

Sweet as location, heaps close to everything. But the noise outside at night was a pain. Nice comfy room though, and the staff were super friendly.

The location is ideal for exploring, with easy access to the main promenade and bridges connecting to the modern area. The cleanliness of the hotel and the helpfulness of the staff.
The noise from the crowd below during weekend nights was quite disruptive.

central location, charming balcony, useful entrance code
The shower setup is frustrating with only a ceiling dispenser!!! The narrow stairs can be a hassle, especially with luggage. Disposable plastic glasses are wasteful and the fridge in our room didn't work at all!!!

The reception area was so dark and dingy, I thought I was in a horror movie. My room had a view of a dirty roof, and I was kept awake all night by a dripping tap. I expected a welcome gift for my troubles, but no, nothing. I just couldn't recommend this hotel.

We loved the spacious room that had a big window. The hotel is ideally located near Ortigia, great to explore all the attractions within walking distance. The breakfast spread was good, especially the pastries, and the staff was friendly.
In my wife's opinion, more furniture would be great for families with children.

Charming Location with Room for Improvement
Enjoyed the lovely breakfast spread, particularly the good pastries. The location offers a quiet retreat while still being close to attractions. Be prepared for narrow stairs and some noise from nearby facilities. Opt for a room with a view for a better experience!

While the cleanliness was generally satisfactory, I noticed a few areas that could benefit from extra attention, especially around the dining area, which detracted somewhat from the overall experience. The staff’s friendliness was good, adding a personal touch to my stay in this charming location.
